Photocollection 'In Service of the Kingdom'
The photocollection ‘In Service of the Kingdom’ was commisioned by the National Museum of the Netherlands. During a period of one year, covering the whole of 1991, photographer Werry Crone recorded Her Majesty the Queen in a natural way, in beautiful black-and-white photos. It was the first time ever that a photographer was allowed to attend and capture the Queen in her daily work. Activities that have been captured by Crone range from typically Dutch, such as Queen’s Day, to more international, such as a state visit to New Zealand and Japan.
Beautiful black-and-white photos of Her Majesty the Queen, during her daily life in 1991.
